As a vision care plan, FirstSight credentials its doctors and has a qualify assurance plan that governs the standards of care provided by our doctors.  The California Department of Managed Health Care oversees the quality of care provided by vision care plans and the rights and benefits members receive.  In addition, FirstSight has a public policy committee with member representatives that provide input into our operations.
